As a part of my many New Year resolutions, I wanted to pick one month to detox, like really detox!
That meant, no alcohol, no processed food, low carb, low sugar plus exercise more than I normally do (which is a lot). I extended an invite to my listeners to be a part of my #FitForFeb Challenge, where I’ll select a winner based off of the total amount of steps throughout the whole month of February. It wasn’t easy this month but I learned a lot and enjoyed doing this challenge with everyone. This entire episode is about what we went through and the benefits of detoxing your body, working out more and just having a goal in mind. Have you guys done challenges like this?
