Quick Vegan Pizza

Well, even though this pie isn’t technically “from scratch” homemade pizza, I still think it’s worth blogging about because #PizzaIsLife and this will give you some pizza in less than 20 minutes!

I’ve struggled with the time, energy and ingredients it takes to make a legit homemade vegan pizza. Sure you can just buy some completely pre-made frozen pizza but where’s the fun in that?

After some trial and error, I condensed this down to just a few ingredients but you can substitute where you see fit. The key to this is recipe is not it’s looks, bottom line, you’re making something at home so you’re saving money and you’re not eating unhealthy delivery pizza WIN/WIN…


  • Cauliflower Frozen Pizza Crust (plain)
  • Beyond Meat (or another protein topping)
  • Follow Your Heart Vegan Cheese 
  • Sauce (I always use STI Fine Foods)

The Caulipower Crust is a great value, made from cauliflower and comes with two plain frozen crusts! Simply remove one of them and preheat the oven to 425-450 degrees.

For my sauce, I normally use marinara but I wanted to use something light so I picked a really delicious Bruschetta spread from STI Fine Foods, which is an vegan Italian food company. They also have other sauces, spreads and pasta. If you use the code “theberardo” at checkout you’ll get a great discount.

Spread your sauce on the frozen crust, then top with Beyond Meat (or another protein substitute) then add your vegan cheese.

To give it that crisp, I top off my pizza with a little avocado oil plus it gives it some extra flavor. The good news of using only these ingredients, you’ll have no need to season this as the meat and sauce will give you plenty of pizza flavor.

Now BAKE the pizza for 12-15 minutes (until you get your desired crisp) and that’s it! You’re ready to enjoy some inexpensive delicious FAST Vegan Pizza!
