#126 | Take Your Vitamins

I’ve been saying this for years (way before the pandemic) but taking vitamins is so important to our health. Especially if your lifestyle doesn’t allow you to get all the nutrients your body needs, supplementation is 🔑 .

Recently #JoeRogan got some heat for how he recovered after having COVID. Of course, do your research and draw your own conclusion but I showed some clips from a recent podcast of his, as he discussed the recovery. I wanted to talk through the importance this, eating healthier and taking your vitamins.

Either way, I think we can all agree that Joe (like most athletes) take care of themselves and that could be a factor in recovering for ANY illness, not a cure you understand, but it couldn’t hurt.
