As you know we’re all in quarantine (at least you should be) due to COVID-19 that’s sweeping the world right now. It’s definitely tough to stay at home for this long and do except watch TV, that’s why it’s so important we stay active!
I wanted to put this out there because I have a couple gym memberships but they’re all closed during this “shut down”, so I went up to Play It Again Sports, which was the only place that anything left to make sure we can get a good workout while we’re home.
Note: You can easily do these exercises without weights also. Get creative, just grab something from around the house, a 12pk of beer, gallon jugs, anything…

- 25 jumping jacks
- 25 squats
- 25 seconds plank
- 25 half burpees
- 25 leg lifts
Take a 25 second break, then do 2 more sets, making this warm up 3 sets total, to really get your maximum heart rate up.
UPPER BODY (3 sets / 20-25 reps):
- Push Ups (I used the “perfect pushup set” in this video)
- Bicep Curls (used resistance bands but find any weights)
- Body Tricep Extensions
- Lat Raises with weights
- Bent Over rows with same weights
- Diamond Push Ups
- Ab Crunches with ball (or weight)
Be sure to stretch after this, or what I like to do is 10 minutes of Yoga, just to relax the muscles and control my breathing.
