#126 | Take Your Vitamins
I've been saying this for years (way before the pandemic) but taking vitamins is so important to your health. Especially if your lifestyle doesn't allow to get all the nutrients your body needs, supplementation is very important.
Recently #JoeRogan got some heat for how he's recovering after having COVID. Of course, do your research and make your own conclusions but I showed some clips from one of his recent podcasts when he discusses this and I talk through the importance of vitamins.
Either way, think we can all agree that Joe (like most athletes) take care of themselves and that could be a factor in recovering for ANY illness, not a cure you understand, but it won't hurt.
