At least once a year, I do a little challenge for myself during February (the shortest month) haha. I go the entire month with no booze, less carbs/sugar and mostly zero processed foods. More importantly I strive to do at least one type of exercise each day (walking, yoga, training, etc) and it’s always a challenge.
About 3 years ago I started a Facebook Group to challenge friends and listeners of the show, where I even toss up prizes for the person with the most activity for the month. Check it out here.
This year was no different, although since I’ve been stuck at home since the pandemic a year ago, the no drinking part was tough. On this episode I talk briefly on what I did during the month and how it felt.
