#119 | Control Depression

I’m absolutely NOT an expert on this and if you have severe depression, you should seek medical attention immediately, however in my experience a lot of depression can be controlled.

What does that mean? Well, when we’re born, we don’t start off being depressed (unless this is hereditary), so we all start at ground zero right? Studies show that most depression is caused and/or heightened by our environment. What do we consume? How are we exercising our body and our mind?

This episode I briefly rant on things that have helped me to stay focused and not fall into depression during these crazy times. As the world normalizes, it’s important to get out of the “pandemic coma” we’ve all been in.
