BATMAN WORKOUT

YOU SHOULD ALWAYS CONSULT A PERSONAL TRAINER BEFORE TRYING ANY TYPE OF EXERCISE PROGRAM.

This epic workout is inspired by a similar workout Ben Affleck did in order to prepare is roll as BATMAN in “Batman v Superman”

I really enjoyed this workout, especially since The Dark Knight is my favorite superhero! Honestly, this was one of the most intense workouts I’ve done in a while, it’s mainly upper body but extremely intense with low rest.

This is not a workout for beginners and I recommend trying this with a friend in order to have a spotter throughout this workout.

BARBELL or SMITH MACHINE FLAT BENCH

BARBELL PUSH PRESS

ARNOLD DB PRESS

BAT-MAN MAKERS

FRONT RAISES / LAT RAISES (superset)

BICEP CURLS / HAMMER CURLS (superset)

always start with some light stretching

 

For this workout, I kept it really simple:

4 sets of each exercise | 8-12 reps each

Move up in weight each set and lower the reps

Only rest 1-2 in between each exercise

 

This was a lot of fun and I really enjoyed doing this “superhero” workout. Low rest, high intensity and big weight, Master Wayne would be proud of me!
