UPPER BODY

I call this “The Countdown” Workout. You’ll see why in the next paragraph. I took a few things from different workouts and compiled into this blog. In this workout, we focused strictly on the upper body. This is one of my favorite workouts I’ve done!

Please note: This is not for beginners. I recommend doing half the weight you’d normally do for each of these exercises, trust me.

You’ll be doing 3 ROUNDS with only 1-2 minutes rest in between each round. Below are your exercises, in order:

BARBELL MILITARY PRESS (or smith machine)

DIAMOND PUSH-UPS (slow and steady, full extension)

DUMBBELL CURLS (same time)

DUMBBELL TRICEP EXTENSIONS (use same weight as curls)

BODYWEIGHT DIPS (or machine if available)

LETS GO! …start with some light stretching

Round One: 7 sets | 7 reps | 7 sec rest between each exercise

rest for 1-2 minutes 

Round Two: 6 sets | 6 reps | 6 sec rest between each exercise

rest for 1-2 minutes

Round Three: 5 sets | 5 reps | 5 sec rest between each exercise

stretch for at least 2 minutes
