This is the another installment of “The Countdown” Workout. Have you seen the Upper Body workout portion? Click Here to see that too. Don’t skip this workout though, legs are the most important muscle group you can train!

Please note: This is not for beginners. I recommend doing half the weight you’d normally do for each of these exercises, trust me.

You’ll be doing 3 ROUNDS with only 1-2 minutes rest in between each round. Below are your exercises, in order:

SQUATS (with smith machine or bar)

STRAIGHT LEG DEADLIFTS (use curl bar or dumbbells if available)

CURLBAR LUNGES (alternate legs, use same bar/DB’s as above)

LOWER ABS (hanging leg lifts)

LETS GO! …start with some light stretching

Round One: 7 sets | 7 reps | 7 sec rest between each exercise

rest for 1-2 minutes 

Round Two: 6 sets | 6 reps | 6 sec rest between each exercise

rest for 1-2 minutes

Round Three: 5 sets | 5 reps | 5 sec rest between each exercise

stretch for at least 2 minutes
