#14 | Diets, Good or Bad?

Well, the word “diet” I’m not a big fan of, since it pretty much tells us to only eat certain things in order to lose weight to become healthy. Why don’t we just eat healthier? Why do we feel it’s important to hop on the latest fad diet in order to get results?

On this episode I break down just a few diets you may have heard of as well as give some pros and cons to each.
